SSC GD Constable 2025 Job Notification: On September 5, 2024, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) officially announced the availability of over 39,000 positions for the SSC GD Constable 2025 program. For the positions of BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, Rifleman (GD) in the Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau, the recruitment exam is scheduled for September 2024. A Computer-Based Examination (CBE), Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Medical Examination, and Document Verification are all part of the selection process. In 2025, the CBE will take place in January and February. October 14, 2024 is the deadline for registering online applications.

SSC GD Constable Salary (Pay Scale)
When the Sub-inspector or Assistant Sub-inspector is not
available, the SSC GD Constable is in charge of managing assignments and
responsibilities. They may also be assigned investigating cases. Furthermore,
SSC GD Constables must obey the instructions of the Station House Officer
(SHO), who is their supervisor.
Maximum Age:
As of January 1, 2025, there will be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 23 years (born between January 2, 2002, and January 1, 2007). Relaxation of the upper age limit: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and other as per SSC regulations.
Nationality:
Only Indian citizens,
including candidates from all States and Union Territories, are eligible to
apply for SSC GD Constable 2025.
Educational Qualifications:
Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized board / university.
Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as on
1st January 2025 will not be eligible and need not apply.

How to Apply SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024 - 2025:
Eligible and Interested
candidates should apply online through the SSC Online Application Portal
(www.ssc.gov.in) only. Visit official website, click the “Apply” button in the
Quick Links category. Then choose "Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police
Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics
Control Bureau Examination,2025" and click “Apply”. Click "Register
Now" to complete the one-time SSC Registration, and create a Username and
Password. After registration, candidates should log in using their Username
(Registration Number) and Password.
After logging in, candidates are required to fill
in basic, personal, and communication details, and upload a scanned copy of a
color passport-size photograph, signature, and other required documents /
certificates.
The last date for registration of online
applications is 14/10/2024 (Monday)
